Contact data of an appointment is deleted automatically as a rule one month after the appointment, and the platform has no dedicated fields for health data.

Every tier includes read-only calendar feeds — a personal feed per practitioner and one for the whole practice — that subscribe into Apple Calendar, Google Calendar, Outlook, or any app that reads iCal. On paid tiers, practitioners can additionally connect their Google or Microsoft account for two-way sync, so busy times from their own calendar also block the booking page.
