Report illegal content
Notice under Article 16 of Regulation (EU) 2022/2065 (Digital Services Act).
So that we can act on your notice, and so that it has the legal effect it is meant to have, it must contain all of the following:
- a sufficiently substantiated explanation of why you consider the content illegal;
- the exact web address (URL) where the content can be found;
- your name and email address;
- your confirmation that the information you give is accurate and complete to the best of your knowledge.
We confirm receipt without undue delay and give you a reference number. We then tell you our decision, the reasons for it, and how you can challenge it. Decisions are made by a person, case by case — we do not use automated content moderation.
You can also send a notice by email to info@zimun.online, with the same information. For anything that is not a report of illegal content, please use our contact page. The full procedure is set out in clause 15a of our Terms and Conditions.
