The Share dialog is how you publish booking links and website-embed snippets. You can share the whole organization (a "book with us anywhere" link), a single location, a single service, or a single resource. Each shareable thing in Settings carries its own Share button; clicking it opens the same dialog with the right URL pre-filled.
Use this guide as the reference page for how the dialog works. Quick Start, How to Add Services, and Resource Booking all point you here when they mention the Share button.
1. Where Share buttons live
Four places in Settings:
- Organization: Settings → Organization → Profile section. Share the broad "book with us" link customers land on when they want to choose service and time themselves.
- Location: Settings → Locations → each location card. Share a branch-specific page when you have more than one location and want to point a partner or printed material at one branch.
- Service: Settings → Services → each service card. Share a deep link that pre-selects one service — perfect for marketing a specific session ("book your tasting", "schedule your fitting").
- Resource: Settings → Resources → each resource card. Share a resource booking link customers use to rent the room or piece of equipment directly. See Resource Booking.
2. The dialog has two tabs
Clicking any Share button opens the same dialog with two tabs at the top.
Above the tabs, a short eyebrow line confirms what you are sharing (for example, "Service · Haircut") so you can double-check you grabbed the right link.
Public link tab
Shows the public booking URL for the chosen scope. Use Copy link to send it in an email, a message, or an SMS. Use Open in new tab to preview what a customer sees before you publish it anywhere.
Embed tab
Shows an HTML iframe snippet you can paste into your website. The iframe is responsive within its container, so it adapts to whichever block on your page it lives in. Use Copy embed code to grab the snippet for your CMS or website builder.
3. Some scopes can narrow inside the dialog
When you open Share from the organization or a location button, the dialog shows an extra "What to share" row above the tabs (when narrowable services or resources exist in that scope). The default is the whole organization or location page; you can switch to "Specific service" or "Specific resource" without leaving the dialog.
That makes it easy to grab several deep links from one place when you are putting together a website or a partner integration without bouncing between the per-service and per-resource Share buttons. From a location, the same narrower gives you links for services and resources scoped to that branch.
4. When to pick which scope
- Use the organization link when you want one URL that works everywhere — for a "Book now" header button, social-media bios, or printed materials.
- Use a location link when you have multiple locations and the customer should land directly on a branch (a per-branch website, a partner directory entry, a printed flyer for that branch).
- Use a service link when you are marketing one specific service and want the customer to skip the service picker.
- Use a resource link when the bookable thing is the resource itself — a rented room, a podcast booth, a piece of equipment. Customers go straight to the resource booking page.
5. Embed code on your website
Paste the iframe snippet into the HTML of any page you control. Most website builders have a "custom HTML" or "code embed" block — drop the snippet there. The booking page loads inside the frame and inherits your site's width.
The embed is the same booking page customers see at the public URL, just running inside your site. Confirmations, reminders, and the manage flow all work the same way.
6. Plan requirement
The Share button and dialog are available on every plan for the organization, location, and service scopes. The resource Share button follows the Resource Booking plan requirement (Pro and Advanced) — on Free, it is hidden alongside the rest of the resource booking flow.
7. Summary
Four scopes, two tabs, one consistent dialog. Click Share on whichever thing you want to send people to, copy the link or the embed snippet, and paste it wherever you want bookings to come from.
