1. Scope

These Terms apply to all contracts and the use of services provided by Zimun through public pages and, where applicable, registered accounts. Conflicting terms do not apply unless expressly agreed in writing by Zimun.

2. Subject of Agreement

Zimun provides an online platform for planning services, managing availability, and enabling sign-ups/bookings.

3. Registration & Access

Certain features require registration. Credentials must be kept confidential. Accounts are non-transferable.

4. Services by Zimun

• Web interface for planning and booking.
• Optional notifications (e.g., reminders).
• Ongoing enhancements and maintenance on a reasonable basis.

5. User Responsibilities

• Comply with applicable laws and third-party rights.
• Provide accurate information; no misuse of the service.
• Protect access credentials against unauthorized use.

6. Fees

Should paid services be introduced, Zimun will inform users in advance about prices, billing cycles, and payment methods. Until then, the currently stated conditions apply (which may be free of charge).

7. Liability

Zimun assumes no liability of any kind. Use of the platform is entirely at the user’s own risk and discretion.

8. Changes to these Terms

Zimun may modify these Terms with effect for the future. Users will be informed appropriately about material changes. If a user does not object within a reasonable period, the changes are deemed accepted.

9. Final Provisions

German law applies. Jurisdiction, where permissible, is at Zimun’s registered seat. If any provision is or becomes invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall not be affected.
