Your people and tools are the backbone of your business. Zimun keeps them organised so bookings stay smooth.

1. Managing staff

Add each team member with their name, short bio or notes, and invite email. They sign in with Google to accept the invitation.

2. Defining working days

Set active days and time ranges. Zimun only offers slots when their schedule says “available”.

3. Assigning services

Choose which services each person performs. If they are not assigned, the slot never appears to clients, preventing mismatched bookings.

4. Managing resources

Add shared items — rooms, chairs, devices, studios — and link them to services. Zimun blocks overlapping requests automatically, just like with staff.

Roles & access

  • Owners: full control of settings, services, resources, invitations, documents
  • Members: personal profile and schedule only (Team section)

5. Example

At “Well & Fit Studio,” three trainers share two rooms. Zimun ensures only two sessions can exist at any one time, no manual checks required.
